TENDER DESCRIPTION

Purchase and delivery of a brand-new backhoe loader 1. The subject of the contract is the delivery to the Contracting Authority’s registered office of a brand-new, wheel-type backhoe loader, together with the required equipment and additional working attachments. 2. The backhoe loader will be used in particular for works related to ongoing maintenance and repairs of municipal roads, earthworks, making excavations, shaping road verges, loading and transporting materials, cleaning/maintenance work, and maintaining municipal infrastructure. 3. The offered backhoe loader must be brand new, unused, manufactured in 2026, complete, free from physical and legal defects, and ready for operation. 4. All components of the delivered machine and the required attachments must be compatible with each other and enable safe operation as a complete set. 5. The offered item must include: a warranty card or warranty book, an EC/CE declaration of conformity, an instruction manual in the Polish language, the technical documentation required by law, at least two sets of keys, and other documents concerning the subject of the contract required by law. 6.
