TENDER DESCRIPTION
Purchase and delivery of a factory-new mobile self-propelled portal windrow turner for compost on a tracked chassis 1. The turner must be factory-new, complete, together with the equipment/accessories—production year 2026. 2. The device may not be a prototype; it must have a CE Declaration of Conformity. 3. Intended use—turning, processing and forming compost windrows.
