TENDER DESCRIPTION

Purchase and delivery of brand-new defibrillators/cardiomonitors 1. The subject matter of this contract is the delivery of 5 units of brand-new defibrillators/cardiomonitors. 2. The detailed scope of the subject matter of the contract is specified in Appendix No 5 to the SWZ – Description of the Subject Matter of the Contract. 3. Equal equivalence clause: 1) The Contracting Authority, in accordance with the provisions of Article 99(5) and Article 101(4) of the Act, permits equivalent solutions for deliveries, works, materials, systems that meet the requirements specified in the procurement documents. The Contracting Authority stipulates that wherever, in the content of Appendix No 5 to the SWZ – Description of the Subject Matter of the Contract, which constitutes a description of the subject matter of the contract, trademarks, patents or the origin of devices or materials have been indicated, they are to be treated exclusively as proposals.
