TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject matter of the contract is: “Purchase and delivery of 5 brand-new, body-built specialist ambulances of type “C” with 4x4 drive, together with medical equipment for the Voivodeship Emergency Medical Services in Katowice” The scope of the subject matter of the contract includes: delivery, body-building and outfitting of ambulances of type “C”. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract, the description of the requirements of the contracting authority regarding performance and acceptance, specifies: -the description of the subject matter of the contract together with the technical specification constitutes – Annex No. 1a to the SWZ, -the draft provisions of the contract – Annex No. 5 to the SWZ.
