1. The subject of the contract is the purchase and delivery of bulletproof helmets in the quantity of 23,500 units under a framework agreement. 2. The subject of the contract has been described in detail in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ - description of the subject matter of the contract. 3. The purpose of conducting this procedure is to select a maximum of three Contractors with whom a framework agreement will be concluded.
