TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject matter of the contract in respect of Part I is manufacturer support, including disk arrays, servers and SAN switches. 2. The list of disk arrays, servers and switches for which the Contracting Authority requires manufacturer support for a period of 36 months has been set out in SWZ, Part III. 3. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract for Part I has been specified in SWZ Part III: Description of the subject matter and in Part IV of the SWZ (PPU). 4. The Contracting Authority requires the payment of a bid bond in the amount of PLN 9 000.00. 5. The Contracting Authority does not allow the submission of variant tenders. 6. The Contracting Authority does not provide for the possibility of applying the option right. 7. The Contracting Authority does not request the submission, together with the tender, of any subject matter evidence. 8. The Contracting Authority does not provide for the possibility of supplementing subject matter evidence on the basis of Article 107(2) of the Pzp. 9.
