TENDER DESCRIPTION

Purchase and delivery of a tracked excavator with equipment 1. The subject of the contract is: "Purchase and delivery of a tracked excavator with equipment" as part of the task entitled: "creation and maintenance, within the municipality, of resources for the protection of the public and infrastructure necessary for the performance of tasks related to the protection of the public and civil defence". The task is co-financed from the funds of the State budget under the PUBLIC PROTECTION AND CIVIL DEFENCE PROGRAMME for 2025/2026 under area 2 Logistic security and ensuring continuity of supplies. 2. The scope of the subject matter of the contract includes the purchase and delivery of a tracked excavator with equipment. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is provided in Annex No 1A – Detailed description of the subject matter of the contract. The Contractor shall complete Annex 1A with regard to the offered parameters of the excavator. The Contractor shall also be required to: - prepare the subject of the contract for acceptance, which shall take place at the Ordering Party’s registered office.
