TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of envelopes for the Social Insurance Institution (Zakład Ubezpieczeń Społecznych) in the number of 26,088,850 units, in eight designs. The envelope designs and the example layout of windows and printings are set out in Appendix No 2A to the SWZ. The detailed technical parameters of the subject of the order are set out in Appendix No 3 to the SWZ. The assortment-and-quantity list of ordered envelopes is set out in the Envelope Delivery Allocation for 2027, constituting an Appendix to the Draft Provisions of the Contract. The Contracting Authority does not allow the number of envelopes specified in point 2.1.2 of the SWZ, i.e. 26,088,850 units, to be exceeded. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to resign from performing the order by up to 20% of the ordered volume, i.e. up to 20% of the volume of each envelope design. Each design will be produced at least in 80% of its volume.
