The subject of the contract is the purchase and delivery of server licences for the needs of the Centre of Shared Services in Mikołów as part of the project “Cybersecure Mikołów”, co-financed by the European Union under FUNDUSZY EUROPEJSKICH NA ROZWÓJ CYFROWY 2021-2027 (FERC) Priority II: Advanced digital services, Measure 2.2. – Strengthening the national cybersecurity system.2. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is set out in Annex No 4 to the SWZ.3. The Contractor is required to perform the contract according to the rules and conditions described in the contract template constituting Annex No 3 to the SWZ.4. Delivery location: Centre of Shared Services in Mikołów, ul. K.
