Purchase and delivery of an energy storage system under the Civilian Protection and Civil Defence Programme for 2025-2026 1. The subject of the contract is the supply of an energy storage system, carried out on the basis of an application for a grant for co-financing the entity’s own tasks in the field of protection of the population and civil defence under the Civilian Protection and Civil Defence Programme for 2025-2026. Under the task, the energy storage system must be delivered, implemented and commissioned at the City of Ełk Office, 19-300 Ełk, Marsz. Józefa Piłsudskiego 4, with the following minimum parameters: Nominal capacity: Minimum 260 kWh; Load power: Minimum 120 kW; Cell type: LFP (LiFePO4) 3.2V/314Ah; Switching time: ≤ 10 ms (Smooth transition to emergency power, critical for IT systems and maintaining power supply to the Office); Noise emission: Below 75 dB; Temperature range: from -30°C to 50°C; Permissible humidity: 0-95% (without condensation); Minimum 8000 operating cycles while maintaining 70% battery health; Fire protection safeguards.
