Purchase and delivery of a mini tractor for the needs of civil protection and civil defence under the Civil Protection and Civil Defence Programme. 1. The subject of the contract is the purchase and delivery of a mini tractor for the needs of civil protection and civil defence under the Civil Protection and Civil Defence Programme, for the protection of people, crisis management and civil defence. The equipment must be factory-new, unregistered, unused, undamaged and not displayed at exhibitions. Hardware requirements and technical conditions for the subject of the contract have been specified in detail in Appendix No. 1A to the SWZ (OPZ)2. The Contractor is obliged to deliver the above-mentioned equipment to the place indicated by the Contracting Authority at its own cost.(...)5.
