Purchase and delivery of a mobile power generator set under the Interreg VI-A Lithuania–Poland 2021-2027 Programme 1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of a mobile emergency power supply set intended to carry out tasks in the field of crisis management and to secure activities related to crisis management. 2. The contract includes 1 complete mobile emergency power supply set. 3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is provided in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ – Description of the subject of the contract. 4. The subject of the contract is implemented as part of co-financing from the Interreg VI-A Lithuania–Poland 2021-2027 programme – Together ready: crisis management in border municipalities. 5. Whenever, in the procurement documentation, the description of the subject of the contract refers to standards, technical assessments, technical specifications, and systems of technical references, the Contracting Authority allows solutions equivalent to those described.
