„Purchase and Delivery of a Mobile Water Treatment Station for the Needs of Securing the Residents of the Będków Commune under OL and OC” 1. The subject of the contract is the Purchase and Delivery of a mobile water treatment station for the needs of securing the residents of the Będków Commune under OL and OC (hereinafter referred to as the „SUW”). 2. The SUW together with the trailer must be factory-new (unused), manufactured no earlier than in 2026, free from physical and legal defects. 3. The equipment delivered for securing the residents of the Będków Commune under OL and OC must be compliant with the technical specifications constituting a detailed description of the subject matter of the contract — Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ. 5. If, in the procurement documents, trade marks, patents, etc., sources of origin, or a special process are indicated that characterize the products or services supplied by a specific supplier, they shall be understood as example minimum parameters expected by the contracting authority.
