Purchase and delivery of mobile power generating sets for the needs of the Gmina Nieporęt The subject of the contract is the purchase and delivery of 2 (two) — the basic order — brand-new, unused, complete and ready for operation mobile power generating sets (a power generator set mounted on a trailer), intended for the needs of the Gmina Nieporęt. The Ordering Party provides for the possibility of using the option right referred to in Article 441 of the Public Procurement Law (Pzp) in the scope of the purchase and delivery of 1 (one) brand-new, unused, complete and ready for operation mobile power generating set (a power generator set mounted on a trailer), intended for the needs of the Gmina Nieporęt.
