TENDER DESCRIPTION
Package No. 1 - Set of laryngological instruments for ear microsurgery 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is provided in Annex No. 2 to the ToR – Price Form. 3. Medical devices constituting the subject of this contract must comply with the requirements of the current legal status, in particular those introduced by the Act of 7 April 2022 on medical devices (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1620 as amended). 4. The terms of execution of the subject order are specified in the "Draft contract" constituting Annex No. 8 to the ToR. Package No. 1 - Set of laryngological instruments for ear microsurgery 2.
