Purchase and delivery of a new wheeled tractor with an engine power of 100–110 HP under the Civil Protection and Defence of the Civil Population programme 1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of a multi-purpose wheeled tractor with an engine power of 100–110 HP, specified in detail in the description of the subject matter of the contract constituting Appendix No 2 to the SWZ), together with its installation, commissioning, training of the Ordering Party’s staff and periodic inspections during the warranty period. 2. The subject of the Contract must be delivered to the address: ul. Plac Wolności 1, 59-623 Lubomierz (registered office of the Gmina Office). Delivery of the equipment shall be at the Contractor’s cost and risk. 3.
