TENDER DESCRIPTION

Purchase and delivery of diesel fuel 1. The subject of the contract is the purchase and delivery of diesel fuel in a quantity of up to 60,000 l, hereinafter referred to as the “subject of the contract”. 2. Contract performance period from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2027 for deliveries, each in a quantity of from 2,000 l to 10,000 l. 3. Deliveries will be made within a maximum of 48 hours after the Contracting Authority submits a request by telephone or email, using the Contractor’s means of transport. 4. The delivery location is: Municipal Utility Services Unit in Sędziejowice Sędziejowice – Kolonia 12 98 – 160 Sędziejowice
