TENDER DESCRIPTION

Purchase and delivery of wood pellets for the 2026 autumn-winter heating season 1) The subject matter of the contract is the purchase, together with delivery to the Ordering Party’s registered seat, i.e. to: a) Korolówka-Osada 1, 22-200 Włodawa, b) Korolówka-Osada 16A, 22-200 Włodawa, of wood pellets in an estimated quantity of approximately 80 tonnes, delivered in batches of approximately 6 tonnes in Big Bag type bags, with a frequency dependent on the needs of the Ordering Party, most often once a week, during the term of the contract, i.e. until 31 December 2026. CPV code: 09111400-4 – Wood fuels. 2) The subject matter of the contract includes delivery of wood pellets of class A1 in accordance with ISO 17225-2.
