TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the purchase and delivery of polyacrylamide in the form of an emulsion for carrying out the dewatering process of pre-fermented sludge after the I and II stages of fermentation in decanter centrifuges, together with the collection of empty packaging after the used polyacrylamide. CPV code - 24542000-5 - Acrylic polymers in primary forms; PKWiU No. 20.16.53.0 - Acrylic polymers in primary forms. A detailed description of the subject of the contract has been included in the Annexes to this SWZ, including the annex constituting the description of the subject of the contract (OPZ) together with Annexes to the OPZ No: 1A, 1B, 1C. The description of the subject of the contract should be read together with any changes to the content of the specification, for example as a result of answers to queries submitted by Contractors. The contract is covered by the option right.
