TENDER DESCRIPTION

Purchase and delivery of a passenger car for the needs of the Leszno City Hall 1. The subject of the contract is “Purchase and delivery of a passenger car for the needs of the Leszno City Hall” in accordance with all requirements specified in the Form of the offered passenger car (Detailed Technical Description) constituting Annex No. 1a to the SWZ. 2. Description of the subject of the contract: 2.1. The delivered passenger car must be free from defects, factory-new, i.e. not used before the date of delivery, with the exception of use necessary to carry out a test of its correct operation and to deliver the vehicle to the Ordering Party’s registered office. 2.2. Delivery of a used, ex-display, or test vehicle is not permitted. 2.3. The Ordering Party requires that, at the time of delivery, the offered passenger car be equipped with tyres suitable for the season in which the car will be delivered. 2.4. The offered passenger car must be manufactured in 2026. The Contractor shall specify the year of production in point 2 of the passenger car tender form constituting Annex No. 1a to the SWZ. 2.5.
