TENDER DESCRIPTION

Purchase and delivery of a passenger car under the State Fund for the Rehabilitation of Disabled Persons programme - “Programme for Equalising Differences Between Regions III” The subject matter of the contract is delivery of a factory-new vehicle of the VAN/BUS type, for transport of 9 persons for the needs of the Daily Senior Home + in Ołpiny. The delivery must be carried out to the territory of the Gmina Szerzyny to the premises of the Office of the Gmina Szerzyny (38-246 Szerzyny 521) during the office hours. The Contractor will be obliged to notify the Contracting Authority in writing or by telephone of readiness to deliver the subject matter of the contract at least 2 business days before the planned delivery date. The car must be fully operational, in very good technical condition, delivered on its wheels, checked and started up, and equipped in accordance with the terms of this SWZ.
