“Purchase and delivery of IT equipment together with software and an implementation service for the needs of the Municipal and Housing Management Authority in Policach” 1. The subject of the contract is the task titled “Purchase and delivery of IT equipment together with software and an implementation service for the needs of the Municipal and Housing Management Authority in Policach” 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex No. 9 to the SWZ and in the contract template constituting Annex No. 6 to this SWZ. 3. The Contracting Authority does not divide this contract into parts. Therefore, the Contracting Authority does not allow submission of partial bids referred to in Article 7 point 15 of the Pzp Act. Reasons for not dividing: The contract is of a single-industry execution nature. The subject of the contract constitutes a whole in terms of technical, functional, economic and utility aspects. It is advisable for it to be carried out by a single contractor in order to minimize the occurrence of delivery inconsistencies.
