TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of the contract is the successive delivery of single-use equipment to the warehouse of the hospital pharmacy located at the registered office of Szpital Powiatowy in Rawicz Sp. z o.o. at ul. Gen. Grota Roweckiego 6, 63-900 Rawicz. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is provided in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ.
