Purchase and delivery of computer equipment for educational facilities for which the governing authority is the Bytów municipality The subject of the contract is the purchase and delivery of laptops, tablets and headsets for educational units run by the Bytów municipality. The equipment that is the subject of the contract constitutes ICT products within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2019/881 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 April 2019 concerning ENISA (the European Union Agency for Cybersecurity) and cybersecurity certification for information and communication technology and repealing Regulation (EU) No 526/2013 (Cybersecurity Act). The Contracting Authority requires that the supplied equipment has safety attestations and certificates (if required) confirming compliance with standards in force in the European Union.
