TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the purchase and delivery of computer equipment for the Silesian garrison under a framework agreement, divided into tasks 3. 2. Task 1 includes the delivery of AIO type computers. 3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is provided in Annex No 7 to the SWZ. 4. The framework agreement shall be valid from the date of conclusion for a period of 16 months (not longer than until 31.12.2027), subject to the provision that it may be performed within a shorter timeframe if the Contracting Authority places the last order earlier, taking into account the deadline for the performance of individual partial deliveries under implementing contracts. 5. The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of extending the term for performance of the framework agreement compared to the term specified in point 1 in the event that the funds allocated for performance of the contract are not used, until those funds are used.
