TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject matter is the purchase and delivery of medical equipment, medical devices and furniture necessary to equip the AOS at the General Hospital in Kolno, in the quantity and assortment specified in Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ. Number of parts: 8. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract has been set out in Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ, which constitutes a detailed description of the subject matter of the contract and technical requirements together with an assortment-and-price form.
