TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the purchase and delivery of equipment as part of the maintenance of horses. Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV) code: 34000000-7 – Transport equipment and ancillary products. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is set out in Appendices No. 1, 1.1 and No. 4 to the SWZ, i.e.: the Tender Form together with the Assortment-and-Price Specification and the Draft contract provisions. The Contracting Authority does not allow the submission of partial tenders. Grounds for not splitting the contract: when deciding not to divide the contract into parts, the specificity of the contract, additional technical difficulties, costs and risks associated with coordinating several contractors were taken into account. The decision is optimal from the perspective of the end user. The Contracting Authority requires the submission of a tender for all required items listed in Appendix No. 1.1 to the SWZ.
