TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract must comply with applicable standards and regulations as well as the detailed description of the subject of the contract in part III. 1) The vehicle must have a Product Approval Certificate for use in fire protection units, issued by the Scientific Research Centre for Fire Protection in Józefów, valid on the day of vehicle acceptance, which must be attached upon vehicle acceptance. The vehicle must be brand new, the engine and chassis along with the cabin must come from the same manufacturer, production year 2026. 2) The vehicle chassis must have a current type approval certificate or EC conformity certificate in accordance with separate national regulations related to road traffic law. 3) Devices and components installed in the vehicle should meet the requirements of separate national and/or international regulations. 4) The contractor will be obliged to deliver and provide the contracting authority with the documents necessary for vehicle registration. 5) The contractor will also be obliged to arrange and install the equipment possessed by OSP in Ciarka.
