TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract in Part No 1 is – Purchase and delivery of furniture fixtures and fittings, including installation, for the Institute of Physics. A detailed description of the subject of the contract has been set out in Appendix No 1.1 to the SWZ. The subject of the contract will be delivered to the Contracting Authority at the Contractor’s risk and as part of the remuneration (specified in the bid) payable to the Contractor. Within the proper performance of the subject of the contract, the Contractor is obliged to deliver and bring in a complete and assembled (installation on site is permitted) subject of the contract (with parameters specified in the description of the subject of the contract) to the place indicated by the Contracting Authority, and also to carry out its installation, adjustment, commissioning and installation (if applicable), and to perform any actions intended to hand over to the Contracting Authority for use the subject of the contract, within the time limit specified in item 4 of the SWZ.
