TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of the contract is the purchase and delivery of food for units supplied by 15 WOG in Szczecin, in accordance with the provisions contained in the SWZ, in the price form constituting Annex from No 3 to 3.21 to the SWZ, and with the OPZ annexes (separate for each part of the procedure). The subject of the contract should be performed in accordance with the conditions described in the above annexes. A detailed description of the conditions of the contract is also provided in the draft provisions of the future agreement (Annex No 6 to the SWZ).
