TENDER DESCRIPTION

Purchase and delivery of diesel fuel II. Demand in a quantity of up to 31,800 litres. 4.2.2. Deliveries of diesel fuel to the Ordering Party’s depot shall be made on a non-cash basis and each time at the Contractor’s cost, in quantities reported by the Ordering Party (each delivery in the amount of 1,000 to 4,000 litres) in an order sent electronically within 48 hours from the moment the demand is reported, documented by a delivery note (proof of delivery). The proof of release of the product must include the date, the party placing the order, the fuel recipient, the quantity and type of fuel, and the signature of the person issuing the delivery note and the person receiving it. Settlement for the purchase of fuels shall be made based on the price per 1 litre of fuel in force on the date of purchase (i.e. on the day the fuel is delivered), taking into account the declared discount. Settlement of the transaction shall be carried out by issuing a VAT invoice with a payment deadline no shorter than 30 days from the date the invoice is delivered to the Ordering Party.
