TENDER DESCRIPTION
1. The subject of the contract is the purchase and distribution of electricity for the needs of the facilities of organizational units of the West Pomeranian Voivodeship (comprehensive agreement). 2. The subject of the contract has been divided into two Parts: 1) Part I: Distribution area of ENEA Operator Sp. z o. o. 2) Part II: Distribution area of ENERGA - OPERATOR S.A. 3. The detailed description and the method of performance of the contract are set out in the Contract Template and the Detailed Description of the Subject of the Contract, respectively constituting Annex No. 9 and Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. 1.
