TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the implementation of a remote meter reading system and the monitoring of the water supply network within the area of Gmina Wiskitki, together with ensuring its operation for a period of 120 months. The contract includes two subject-matter parts carried out under a single agreement: – Part I – implementation-related: delivery and installation of water meters with radio modules, delivery and installation of flowmeters with recorders, delivery of mobile devices, implementation of the reading and telemetry system, integration with the Contracting Authority’s billing system, commissioning of the whole; – Part II – maintenance-related: ensuring data transmission, maintaining and hosting the reading system, maintaining the operability of all measurement points, including replacement of modules and batteries as well as re-legalisation of the water meters – for a period of 120 months, billed with a monthly subscription per measurement point.
