TENDER DESCRIPTION

“Purchase and installation of a container community hall in Ruszenice” The subject of the contract is the construction of a container building for a rural community hall and a tank for liquid waste (wastewater) with a capacity of up to 6.0 m3 as part of the project titled: “Purchase and installation of a container community hall in Ruszenice”. The building will be located within plot no. ewid. 43 in accordance with the site development plan. In front of the building entrance, a sidewalk made of concrete paving blocks, thickness 6 cm, will be constructed on a sand-cement subbase thickness 10 cm and crushed aggregate thickness 20 cm. Access to the investment site from the internal road (plot no. ewid. 285/2) will be provided via the designed driveway. The project will include dismantling the existing fence on the eastern side and relocating it in order to form access to the designed community hall building, dismantling and re-installing the fence and the entrance gate at the boundary of the road plot on the southern side (plot no. ewid. 285/1), enabling access to the water intake.
