TENDER DESCRIPTION

1) The subject of the contract is a successive purchase, along with delivery and unloading, of foodstuffs for the purposes of the school canteen at Primary School No. 8 in Lębork. 2) The detailed description of the subject of the contract, the description of the Contracting Authority’s requirements regarding the purchase, delivery and unloading of foodstuffs for the purposes of the school canteen at Primary School No. 8 in Lębork are specified by: • the description of the subject of the contract – Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ, • the detailed scope of the subject of the contract is defined by the item-by-item (goods) and price form constituting Appendix No. 2a to the SWZ • the draft contractual provisions – Appendix No. 4 to the SWZ. 3) All requirements specified in the documents indicated above constitute minimum requirements, and their fulfilment is mandatory.
