TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. Various medicines: Palivizumabum solution for injection, 50 mg/0.5 ml; 100 mg/1 ml vial. Ravulizumabum i.v. 1100 mg, 300 mg vial. Oncology medicines: Trastuzumab deruxtecan powder for preparation of a concentrate of an infusion solution, 100 mg vial. 2. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract and the requirements of the Contracting Authority were specified in the Price–Offer Form – Appendix No 1 to the SWZ. 3. The scope of the contract includes delivery of the contract items in quantities specified in the Price–Offer Forms for the period: - for Part No 1 – 12 months from the date of conclusion of the contract. 4. The Contracting Authority does not allow submission of equivalent offers. 5. DEADLINE FOR PERFORMANCE OF THE CONTRACT: 5.1. The subject of the contract in respect of Part No 1 shall be performed in the form of successive deliveries for a period of 12 months from the date of conclusion of the contract. 5.2. In the event that during the term of the contract the contract subject matter for Part No 1 is not fully fulfilled, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to extend the contract term.
