TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. Sevofluranum solution for preparing steam inhalation, ml, bottle, together with the lease of devices necessary for administering the medicinal product offered in Part No 1. 2. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract and the requirements of the Contracting Authority have been set out in the Price Offer Form – Annexes No 1, 2 and 3 to the SWZ. 3. The scope of the contract includes delivery of the items of the contract in quantities specified in the Price Offer Forms for a period of 24 months from the date of conclusion of the contract. 4. The Contracting Authority does not permit submission of equivalent tenders. 5. The subject matter of the contract in respect of Part No 1 will be carried out in the form of successive deliveries for a period of 24 months from the date of conclusion of the contract. 6. In the event that, during the term of the contract, the subject matter of the contract is not fully fulfilled with respect to Part No 1, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to extend the term of the contract.
