TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. Various medicines: Guselkumabum concentrate for solution for infusion, 200 mg/20ml vial; Guselkumabum solution for injections, 100 mg/1ml ampoule-syringe; Guselkumabum solution for injections in autoinjector, 200 mg/2ml autoinjectors/injector. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract and the requirements of the Contracting Authority are specified in the price-offer form - Annex No. 1 for individual parts, which are an integral part of the ToR. 3. The scope of the contract includes the delivery of contract items in quantities specified in the price-offer form for the period: Part No. 1 – for 12 months from the date of contract conclusion. 4. The Contracting Authority does not allow the submission of equivalent offers. 5. CONTRACT EXECUTION DEADLINE: 5.1 The subject of the contract for Part No. 1 will be executed by successive deliveries over a period of 12 months from the date of contract conclusion. 5.2 If the subject of the contract for Part No. 1 is not fully executed during the contract period, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to extend the contract duration.
