TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject matter of the contract under the basic contract is the successive supply of 1,257.728 m3 (1,257,728 litres) of diesel oil. The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of applying the option right referred to in Article 441(1) of the Public Procurement Law (Pzp), consisting in the delivery to the Contracting Authority’s registered office of up to a maximum of 186 m3 (186,000 litres) of diesel oil. The conditions for performance of the contract are set out in the Terms of Reference (hereinafter “SWZ”) and in the Draft Contract constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ.
