TENDER DESCRIPTION
The quality requirements for medicinal products are specified in the Act of 6 September 2001 - Pharmaceutical Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws, 2016, item 2142, as amended), which in Article 1(1)(1) provides, among other things, for the rules and procedure for placing medicinal products on the market, taking into particular account the requirements regarding the quality, effectiveness and safety of their use. In addition, the Regulation of the Minister of Health of 9 November 2015 on the requirements for Good Manufacturing Practice (Journal of Laws 2015 item 1979) specifies in detail the requirements for ensuring the appropriate quality of a medicinal product.
