TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the purchase and implementation of a document classification system, together with a perpetual license for 6,000 users, and annual technical support from the manufacturer (ATiK). 2. Technical support must be provided in Polish or English. 3. The Contractor must have authorization to legally sell licenses together with ATiK from the manufacturer of the offered solution on the territory of the Republic of Poland, or have the status of an authorized representative of the manufacturer of the offered solution. 4. The implementation and configuration of the system must be completed within 30 days from the date of conclusion of the contract, however no later than by 29.12.2026. 5.
