TENDER DESCRIPTION

Purchase and replacement of air conditioners in the RZGW Warsaw building 4.1. The subject of the contract is the supply and replacement of two complete sets of ceiling air conditioners of the SPLIT type in the UPS room in the building of the Regional Water Management Authority in Warsaw (hereinafter: RZGW in Warsaw) at ul. Zarzecze 13 B, together with the dismantling and disposal of the existing, worn-out two complete sets of ceiling air conditioners, i.e. two indoor units and two outdoor units. The Contractor shall provide the Contracting Authority with 60 months of warranty and statutory liability for defects in the subject of the agreement, counted from the date of signing the final acceptance protocol. Information on the subject of the contract, the scope of work related to the performance of the contract, and the terms of performance of the agreement are specified, among others, in: - Annex No 7 to the SWZ: the draft agreement; - Annex No 8 to the SWZ: description of the subject of the contract. 2.3.
