TENDER DESCRIPTION

Purchase of a desktop computer together with a monitor for the needs of the Poviat Office in Przeworsk 1. The subject of the contract includes the purchase of a computer set comprising the purchase of a desktop computer in the quantity of 1 unit and a computer monitor in the quantity of 1 unit, compliant with the requirements and parameters specified in the description of the subject matter of the contract (OPZ) contained in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ, hereinafter referred to as "equipment" or "devices". 2. The purchased equipment is for the needs of the Poviat Office in Przeworsk. 3. The Contracting Authority requires a warranty to be granted for the supplied devices. The warranty period is one of the criteria for evaluating tenders; the minimum permissible warranty period is 36 months and the maximum is 60 months, calculated from the date of signing the acceptance protocol by both parties. 4. The Contractor is obliged to carry out the contract under the terms described in the draft provisions of the contract (PPU), constituting Annex No. 4 to the SWZ.
