TENDER DESCRIPTION

Purchase of computers for employees of the City Hall in Czeladź (Reference number: SE-ZP.271.1.6.2026) The subject of the contract includes the purchase and delivery of 60 units of brand-new computers together with equipment compliant with the description of the subject matter of the contract (under the basic contract). The subject of the contract shall be delivered to the Ordering Party’s registered office. The Ordering Party also provides, within the scope of the option right, for an increase of the subject of the contract by a maximum of 40 units. 2) Modification of the equipment by the Manufacturer–Ordering Party route is not permitted. 3) The offered equipment must be brand-new, unused, come from a legal and authorized distribution channel of the manufacturer, and be covered by full technical and warranty support of the manufacturer on the territory of Poland. 4) The Ordering Party reserves the right to verify the warranty regime and the delivered configuration on a dedicated website of the equipment manufacturer. 5) The offered ICT product may not be covered by a recommendation issued pursuant to Article 33(4) of the Act on the National Cyber Security System nor by a…
