TENDER DESCRIPTION
Purchase of containers under the OL and OC Programme for 2025-2026 The subject of the contract is the purchase and delivery of four warehouse containers for the purposes related to the protection of the population and civil defence under the Civil Defence and Population Protection Programme for 2025-2026 (Area II). The Contracting Authority informs that the contract is implemented under the national Civil Defence and Population Protection Programme for 2025-2026 adopted by Resolution No. 72 of the Council of Ministers of 27 May 2025 (M.P. of 2025, item 541). The task is co-financed under the allocated targeted grant for own tasks related to the protection of the population and civil defence – Agreement No. 1002113.2.4.2026.OLiOCX.W.II. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is included in Annex No. 7 to the SWZ.
