TENDER DESCRIPTION

Purchase of an excavator loader—financed from the funds of the “Civil Protection and Civil Defence Programme for 2025-2026” 1. The subject of the contract is the purchase of an excavator loader with an engine power of 100-120 HP (75-90 kW) for the Gmina Marcinowice, including the purchase, delivery and training of operators regarding the use and operation of the subject of the contract. The contract is implemented under the Civil Protection and Civil Defence Programme for 20S. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is provided in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ “Detailed description of the subject of the contract - Minimum technical and functional requirements for the subject of the contract”, containing the minimum requirements that the offered subject of the contract must meet. Failure to meet the above-mentioned minimum requirements will result in the rejection of the tender as inconsistent with the terms of the contract pursuant to Article 226(1)(5) of the Public Procurement Law. 25-2026
