TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The task will be implemented under the Civil Protection and Civil Defence Program. 2. The contracting authority reserves the right to cancel the procurement procedure if the public funds from the Civil Protection and Civil Defence Program, which the contracting authority intended to allocate for financing the contract, are not granted (Art. 310 of the Act). 3. The subject of the contract – including the purchase and delivery of the backhoe loader and wheeled excavator, respectively, to the place indicated by the contracting authority – is described in Annex No. 5 to the Terms of Reference. 4. Warranty and guarantee: 1) The contractor shall provide a warranty for the delivered subject of the contract for a period of 24 months from the date of signing the acceptance protocol of the subject of the contract; the warranty period is extended by the time counted from the date of defect detection to the date of its removal. 2) The contractor shall provide a guarantee for the delivered subject of the contract for the period proposed in the offer, counted from the date of signing the acceptance protocol of the subject of the contract. 3) The guarantee conditions are specified in Annex…
