TENDER DESCRIPTION

Purchase of an excavator backhoe for the purposes of performing tasks within the scope of OLiOC 1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of a factory-new excavator backhoe together with attachments for the purposes of performing tasks in the field of protection of the public and civil defense. The equipment must be complete, free from physical and legal defects, and meet the requirements specified in Annex No. 7 to the SWZ, while the Contracting Authority allows the submission of an offer with equipment better than the minimum requirements. The excavator backhoe must be factory new (year of production 2026) and technically adapted for driving on public roads. 2. Place of delivery and transfer of the subject of the contract: Zarząd Dróg i Służby Komunalne in Czerwionka-Leszczyny, ul. Polna 6, 44-238 Czerwionka-Leszczyny. 3. The Contractor is required to provide to the Contracting Authority together with the device documents and certificates (in the Polish language): CE certificate of conformity, spare parts catalogue, warranty card, operating manual.
