TENDER DESCRIPTION

1) The subject of the contract is: "Purchase of a light rescue and firefighting vehicle for the Volunteer Fire Brigade unit in Dębień" 2) THE CONTRACTOR undertakes to manufacture, deliver, transfer ownership to the CONTRACTING AUTHORITY and hand over the vehicle as part of the task "Purchase of a light rescue and firefighting vehicle for the Volunteer Fire Brigade unit in Dębień" meeting the minimum technical and operational requirements specified in appendix no. 1a to the Terms of Reference (ToR), constituting an integral part of the Agreement, hereinafter referred to as the "Subject of the Agreement". 3) THE CONTRACTOR shall deliver the Subject of the Agreement to the CONTRACTING AUTHORITY with a full tank of fuel and operating fluids. 4) Ownership of the Subject of the Agreement shall pass to the CONTRACTING AUTHORITY at the moment of signing by the CONTRACTING AUTHORITY of the acceptance protocol without reservations, after prior training has been conducted. 5) A detailed description of the subject of the contract, the contracting authority’s requirements regarding implementation and acceptance are specified in: - description of the subject of the contract – appendix no. 1a…
