“Purchase of a light rescue and firefighting vehicle for OSP Łąkie” Contracting Authority – the Volunteer Fire Department in Łąkie, commissioned procurement assistance to the Municipality of Lipka. Pursuant to Article 37(4) of the Public Procurement Law (uPzp), the Municipality of Lipka acts in this procedure as the Contracting Authority’s Proxy. The Proxy acts on the basis of the power of attorney granted. The authorization covers all activities related to the preparation and conduct of the procedure, without the right to sign the public procurement contract. The power of attorney does not include the authority to conclude the contract. 1. The subject of the contract is: “Purchase of a light rescue and firefighting vehicle for OSP Łąkie” – delivery. 2.
